Q: HOW DO I MAKE MY HOTEL RESERVATION FOR THE TAP CONFERENCE?
A: Hotel reservations are your responsibility. Due to overwhelming interest in the TAP Conference, the event's room block at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is now full. For recommended alternative hotels, please contact Debbie White at 310-570-4860.
Q: HOW DO I GET A COPY OF THE CONFERENCE AGENDA? A: A draft agenda of the conference will be available at a later date on the conference site. Q: CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE? A: The conference is for participants only. We regret that we cannot accommodate spouses at any of the conference meals or sessions, unless they are registered guests. Q: WHAT ARE MY FLIGHT OPTIONS? Q: HOW DO I GET TO THE HYATT REGENCY WASHINGTON ON CAPITOL HILL FROM THE AIRPORT? A: Please visit the airport transportation page. Q: WHAT TYPE OF WARDROBE SHOULD I BRING FOR THE CONFERENCE AND RELATED FUNCTIONS? A: Casual business attire is suggested for all the conference sessions. Bring a lightweight sweater or jacket to sessions; room temperatures can be cool. Q: WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE DURING THIS TIME OF YEAR?
